Crawlspaces are often host to a large number of adverse conditions. In addition to addressing the structural integrity of piers and outer walls, a crawlspace inspection can reveal pests, asbestos, organic growth, standing water from plumbing leaks, sewage and poor electrical wiring.
Fee: Crawl space inspections are included in the fee for general home inspections. If only a crawl space inspection is needed, independent of a full home inspection, the fee is $175.00
