Homes between 2,500 – 3,000 square feet: $425.00

Homes larger than 3,000 square feet: Please call for a quote

*Homes with more than two detached structures or an ADU may incur an extra expense.

You might want to have certain items repaired, or you could seek to have the cost of the home reduced. If an agreement is not reached on the items in the report, you can back out of the deal.
